I know someone that runs around WoW using an under-the-desk bike wheel setup. In her case, I believe just the act of petalling is good enough to propel her character full 'w' ahead. What people will do to avoid going outside. *shrug*

I can't wait till we have like, traction balls. With movement-sensitive gloves. You run in the balls to move your character, steer the same way, fight/swing swords/whatever..

Bah, personally I'm one of those computer people that might do something like that. That being said, I can still find a little joy making snide remarks even if they may hit close to home.
